Virtual Childbirth Preparation Classes

Riverside is proud to offer virtual Childbirth Preparation Classes. Mom-to-be and her partner or support person can explore the many choices available to make their birth experience personal and positive.

This course includes comprehensive information on pregnancy, labor, and birth, as well as relaxation and breathing techniques, all from the safety of your home.

Registration is required. Click on the yellow Register Now button to the right to register. Please provide your email address.

As the date for the new session approaches, you will receive an email with instructions on how to join virtually. This program is a series of four classes offered on consecutive Monday evenings for two hours from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

The August series dates are 8/5, 8/12, 8/26 and Thursday 8/29.

In-Person Expectant Parents Tours - Saturday

Riverside is proud to offer in-person Expectant Parent Tours to help parents prepare for the arrival of their little one.
 
During the tour, parents-to-be can preview the birthing suites and postpartum rooms in our Women and Infant Care Unit at Riverside Regional Medical Center. On the tour, you will have the opportunity to have your questions answered regarding having your baby at Riverside.
 
Attendance is limited to the expectant mother and 1 additional person, therefore ONLY the expectant mother needs to register for this tour. Registration will close for a tour once we have reached capacity.
 
Registration is required. Click the yellow Register Now button to the right to register for the tour. Please provide your email address. After completing the form, click on the yellow NEXT button to submit your registration. 
 
As the tour appointment approaches, you will receive an email with instructions for the tour.

September is both World Alzheimer's Month and National Healthy Aging Month, making it the perfect time to focus on strategies that support lifelong health and well-being.

Join us for an informative Lunch-n-Learn designed to help you better understand the connection between physical health and brain health as you age. Learn practical steps you can take to protect your body, support cognitive function, and maintain independence and quality of life for years to come.

Whether you are interested in healthy aging for yourself or a loved one, this session will provide valuable information and actionable tips to support overall wellness.
